Terms and Conditions — 399bet Platform Rules and Policy

1.Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account on 399bet, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and for the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 399bet is strictly an adults-only platform and access by minors is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and valid contact details.
• You are permitted to hold only one account on 399bet. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or inadvertently, are in breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms is expressly prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether using 399bet is lawful in your location.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 399bet platform.

399bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail verification or where verification documents cannot be confirmed may be suspended pending review.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share them with any other person. 399bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where account credentials have been shared or compromised by the account holder.

Players are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date. Important account communications, including verification requests and withdrawal confirmations, are sent to the registered email address or phone number on file.

2.Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on 399bet are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not process transactions in foreign currencies. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and mobile wallets where available. The list of supported methods is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal screens within your account.

Deposits are reflected in your account balance upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used and the time of submission. 399bet does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside 399bet's control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account settings and may be updated from time to time. VIP members from Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing.

• Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are typically processed within the timeframes displayed in your account dashboard.
• 399bet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity has been flagged for review.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method must complete any applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals or disputes filed with a payment provider while a withdrawal request is pending will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant funds pending investigation.

399bet does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into your account must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and may trigger an account review.

3.Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

399bet offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are displayed at the time the bonus is presented. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses on the Platform:

• Each bonus is available to one account per player, per household and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Certain game categories may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Live Casino games, Fish Games and Bingo may each carry a different contribution percentage. This information is detailed in the specific bonus terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum during a bonus wagering period may result in the bonus being voided.

399bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated bonus harvesting or pattern betting designed to exploit wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed. In confirmed cases of abuse, accounts will be permanently suspended.

Bonuses are offered as an enhancement to the gaming experience and are not a guaranteed source of profit. Players should not make financial decisions based on expected bonus outcomes.

4.Game Rules, Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Each game available on 399bet — including Live Casino tables, Fish Games and Bingo rooms — operates according to its own individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 399bet platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any external tool designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without manual player input.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share card information in Live Casino, or coordinate bets to exploit the Platform.
• Deliberate exploitation of software errors, display glitches or pricing anomalies. Any winnings generated as a result of a known or reasonably suspected platform error are not valid and will be voided.
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or use of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Threatening, abusive or offensive conduct directed at dealers, platform staff or other players through any communication channel.

399bet reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings and close accounts where prohibited conduct is confirmed or reasonably suspected. Decisions made by 399bet in these circumstances are final. Where fraud or criminal conduct is identified, relevant information may be shared with appropriate authorities.

In the event of a disputed game outcome, players should contact support immediately. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the game session in question. Game logs and server records are maintained by 399bet and will be used as the primary reference in any dispute resolution process. The outcome of 399bet's internal review is final.

5.VIP Programme Terms and Conditions

The 399bet VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is determined by cumulative platform activity as measured by the VIP points system. The points threshold required for each tier is displayed on the VIP page.

• VIP benefits — including cashback percentages, withdrawal limits and priority processing — are specific to each tier and are displayed on the VIP page. Benefits are applied to the account at the time tier status is confirmed.
• VIP points are awarded based on real-money bets placed across eligible game categories. Points from bonus funds may be excluded or reduced depending on the bonus terms.
• 399bet reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, point earning rates and benefit structures at any time. Where changes are made, affected players will be notified through the platform.
• VIP tier status that has been inactive — where the account has not met the minimum activity requirement for the tier — for an extended period may be subject to downward reassessment. The inactivity threshold for each tier is stated on the VIP page.
• VIP cashback and rewards are credited to accounts on the schedule stated for each tier. Credited rewards are subject to any applicable wagering requirements stated at the time of crediting.

Accounts that are suspended, under investigation or in breach of these Terms are not eligible to accumulate VIP points or receive VIP benefits during the period of suspension or investigation. VIP status does not exempt any account from the application of these Terms.

6.Responsible Gaming Policy

399bet is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for adults. The platform is intended purely for entertainment purposes. The following principles underpin 399bet's approach to responsible gaming:

7.Privacy, Data and Communications

By registering an account, you consent to receiving communications from 399bet regarding your account status, transaction confirmations, promotional offers and platform updates. You may manage your communication preferences through your account settings. Opting out of promotional communications does not affect the receipt of essential account-related notices.

399bet will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification providers where necessary to operate the Platform, and with relevant authorities where legally required.

8.Account Suspension and Termination

399bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or unverifiable account information.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in the account management policy.
• At the player's own request, including via a self-exclusion request.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player conduct, the remaining balance of verified funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests or pending verification requirements, which must be completed before funds are released.

9.Limitation of Liability

399bet provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform at all times.

• 399bet is not liable for losses caused by system downtime, internet connectivity issues, device failures or circumstances outside the Platform's direct control.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or an erroneous payout, 399bet reserves the right to correct the error. Funds paid out in error are not the player's to keep and will be recovered from the account balance.
• 399bet's liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform is limited to the amount of the player's account balance at the time of the relevant event.
• 399bet is not responsible for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the Platform, including loss of anticipated winnings.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

10.General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 399bet with respect to your use of the Platform. Any prior representations, warranties or understandings not contained in these Terms are superseded by this document.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

399bet's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any given occasion does not constitute a waiver of 399bet's right to enforce that provision in the future.

These Terms are written in English and the English version governs in all cases. Any translated version is provided for convenience only and does not have legal standing where it conflicts with the English original.
